(1) Bekamba or bechalti controlled goods checking units, gangs, formations, depots, in the form according to the schedule, including the details of the goods and the related documents and submitted to the relevant committee. (2) In case of depot, in addition to the details mentioned in sub-rule (1), the report of the store or group in-charge should also be included.
